An interactive AI chatbot that revives the forgotten voices of 1970s Korean “literary girls” — young female students who wrote poems and essays during an era of rapid industrialization. Through a nostalgic desktop interface, audiences can converse with an AI trained on archival texts, revealing hidden desires and struggles of girls who dreamed of writing amidst a society that forced them into labor. By digitally reimagining their words, the work questions what narratives were silenced in South Korea’s modernization.
